- Warm – up activities (e.g. swinging arms, rub stomach, pat head)
- Hearty laughter
- Greeting laughter
- Appreciation Laughter
- Laughter’s benefits discussion
- Participants share ideas on application of activities at work

- 45 minutes – 1 hour
- Workshop Size:
6 participants to a few hundred
