This program is designed to help gain a greater understanding of the potential sources of interpersonal frustrations and conflicts. It will provide a foundation to build more appropriate and strategic solutions to avoid difficulties in the future.

Two distinct programs have been developed addressing the needs of the individual to recognize and understand their preferred ways of interacting with others and the needs of a group to understand the preferences of others, in an effort to enhance team effectiveness.

This half day program is designed to assist individuals in gaining insight into their own personality profile and their associated preferences in the way they interact, work and associate with others. The emphasis is on individual awareness of how these preferences are translated into behavior.

2. Understanding Style Differences: Groups
This full day program moves participants through an understanding of their individual style preferences, to an examination of the impact of all individuals on the performance and success of the whole – the team. Through these insights, strategies are developed for enhancing group effectiveness. Participants also gain insight into how misunderstandings and conflicts arise within groups and develop skills in managing them more effectively in the future.
