The best way to achieve time and activity management is to maximize your skills and enjoy the process. Everyday we need to make our personal contribution to success, how we plan to achieve it, how we take action and how it impacts us determines our overall ability to consistently perform at our best.
The 'Having Fun … Getting It Done' program is a new twist on the need for time management. It develops awareness, tools and skill in the 'art' of getting things done. Participants explore their effectiveness, contributions and enjoyment derived from how they currently use their time. Improve overall capability to make positive contributions thru organizational effectiveness, the use of tools to effectively prioritize, delegate and deal with deadlines. Experience new strategies and tools that will maximize the outcomes from meetings.
Performance-based communication strategies and techniques will improve overall execution of participants being connected to create a full understanding of needs, expectations, commitments and outcomes for success.
Build capability to be resilient and stay productive through understanding energy expenditure & recovery, positive stress and stress relief strategies.
Every Program is customizable to be completely relevant to each client's specific needs and the positive outcomes they desire. Our highly interactive approach engages each participant in a process that integrates theory, active-learning, practice and reflection. We turn both the need for change and momentum into the kind of synergistic energy that helps participants experience, internalize and immediately transfer their new confidence, behaviours and skills.
'Having Fun … Getting It Done' will provide great value on its own or can be integrated with internal training initiatives to enhance the learning and impact of those initiatives. Outcomes from the program can potentially be linked to performance achievement measurement within your performance review process.
