Author, facilitator, coach and entrepreneur, Cindy Stradling has over 25 years of practical hands on business experience and has worked across various sectors including production, logistics, materials management, retail, customer service and sales. She is enthusiastic about contributing to the strengthening of her client’s most powerful asset, their employees. Cindy is passionate about the positive impact training has within any organization. She believes there is so much untapped potential and sees how the right training unleashes innovative ideas, strengthens team bonds and brings leadership to a new level.
Participants respond favourably to her professionalism and warmth. They consistently step outside their comfort zone during her Presentation Skills workshops. Cindy is a certified True Colors ® and Kolbe facilitator and she loves leading these workshops that support individuals and teams to gain a better understanding of themselves and others.
She has achieved her professional sales designation (CSP) through the Canadian Professional Sales Association and is currently teaching Effective Selling at Seneca College. Cindy graduated with High Honours from the Adult Education-Staff Training and Development program at Seneca College. Cindy’s passion is life-long learning and continuous improvement.
She is also an accomplished member of Toastmasters International with over ten years experience in speaking, competing and mentoring. Cindy has achieved her DTM and has coached several clubs. She won First Place in the International Speech contest in 2002 and has conducted workshops in both Canada and the United States. She has served in many leadership positions including Area Governor and Club President.
Cindy successfully conducted a Youth Leadership program at Markham District High School, where she taught public speaking skills to 20 OAC students. She is also a volunteer trainer for the United Way of York Region and annually delivers their Speakers Bureau training.
