Tammy Sturge ~ Partnering for the “Perfect Fit”

Tammy is a senior Human Resources professional who spent 15 years with Procter & Gamble, Ericsson Telecommunications, and CYBERplex, an internet services company.  Throughout her career, she has worked extensively in organisational development, change management, and training & team building. She works closely with a client roster that includes American Express, Kraft, Molson, the United Way, Mercer, Marsh, BMO, Sunlife Financial, OpenText, ConAgra Foods, and Chapters-Indigo.

Tammy can be seen weekly on Workopolis as the “Corporate Confidant” on the Business News Network, where she provides workplace advice.

In her hectic private life, Tammy volunteers with a personal development company, is an avid film buff who spends her vacation at the Toronto Film Festival every year, practices yoga, and is the founder of the world’s oldest book circle.
