Sherri Auger ~ Partnering for the “Perfect Fit”
Sherri Auger, B.A, EPC, is a pioneer in the growing field of eldercare consulting. Sherri and her team of consultants help people make life-altering choices when confronted with illness and death.
Author, Speaker, Teacher, Consultant Sherri opened two companies and developed the business concept, after facing the sudden death of her Mother and the subsequent placement of her Father into Long Term Care. Through her own experience, and that of her clients, she provides insight into how to maneuver through the myriad of paperwork and red tape and ensure that aging relatives receive the best possible care. Sherri has been featured in newspaper articles, as well as television shows, sharing with audiences her knowledge of both the health care system and tips for organizing and settling estates.
As the founder and president of her own organization, Sherri is very hands on, counseling clients from across Canada, assisting them to get proper care for aging relatives.
Sherri knows first hand what families go through. She was a senior manager at a major corporation when her father became critically ill and her mother died suddenly while caring for him. Within in a 24-hour period, Sherri made funeral arrangements for her mother and placed her father in long-term care. Neither parent had planned for illness or death and Sherri was left to figure it out on her own.
Sherri has made it her life’s work to source and understand all of the options available to families with sick and dying relatives. In 2001, she left her burgeoning career and founded her own organization, determined to help others through one of the most difficult times of their lives.
Since then, Sherri and her team have helped countless families provide the best possible care for their aging relatives. Sherri and her team assists with all steps in the aging and illness process, including accessing government benefits and helping with the settling of estates.

Client’s say it Best:
“Sherri, Thank you for your expertise and care in helping navigate us through this incredibly difficult time. Having no experience in dealing with the inter-provincal health care processes, retirement residences and senior programs – your guidance has been priceless. You have helped us to quickly come to a very positive resolution that is providing my grandmother with the right level of care in a warm, caring environment that is close to her family. Thank you for helping us through this journey.”
