Robin Lee Kennedy is passionate about developing people. She is a dynamic facilitator with 18 years of training and consulting experience in leadership development, sales effectiveness, and team performance. A certified coach, she also helps managers implement a coach-approach to maximize engagement and results.

After gaining the keys to success during her corporate career, Robin shifted her focus to how organizations flourish by developing their people. Prior to starting her own company, she spent 10 years with a sales and leadership development company consulting with its clients to design and facilitate a wide array of sales, leadership and teamwork programs.

Since 1993, she has worked with thousands of executives in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia to help them overcome business and personal challenges. She developed and implemented assessment, training and coaching programs improving sales, productivity, teamwork, communication, and leadership.

Robin studied Nursing and Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, obtained professional coach training and certification from The Coaches Training Institute, and acquired the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation. To further advance her coaching competencies she completed the leading-edge Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching™ curriculum. She has the accreditation and experience to utilize a variety of assessment and survey instruments.
