Facilitator/Program Designer/Coach/Business Consultant/Senior HR Professional – Rebecca uses highly interactive, focused, customized, and fun methods to gain participant buy-in. Present in all training programs designed and/or facilitated by Rebecca is the linkage of learning to performance. When participants leave a session they are equipped to immediately translate their learning into practice – personally and professionally.

Rebecca has a BA from the University of Waterloo and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (C.H.R.P.). She is also a certified Effective Intelligence Practitioner and Trainer incorporating EI principles with executive coaching and leadership work.

Previous corporate experience involved leadership engagements in such large Canadian firms as H.J. Heinz Company of Canada, Nestle Canada Inc., Alliance Communications Corporation, and Drake International where she led teams servicing global personnel, developed and implemented HR strategies, and instigated strategic and targeted organization design initiatives. Spanning over 25 years, this blended experience contributes to Rebecca’s effectiveness today as a coach and facilitator.

Rebecca is recognized for providing honest and direct feedback which she delivers in a respectful, engaging and appropriate manner. She guarantees confidentiality, creates a safe environment for dialogue, works with clients to identify desired end results versus current reality, and where appropriate, meets with the coaching client’s manager for context. Rebecca believes coaching is right for those needing a sounding board, for personal development in preparation for the next level and/or to aid in identifying and removing behaviours that can limit career opportunities.

 Rebecca’s coaching is best suited for, but not restricted to, individuals who:
