Facilitator/Program Designer/Coach/Business Consultant/Senior HR Professional - Rebecca uses highly interactive, focused, customized, and fun methods to gain participant buy-in. Present in all training programs designed and/or facilitated by Rebecca is the linkage of learning to performance. When participants leave a session they are equipped to immediately translate their learning into practice – personally and professionally.

Rebecca has a BA in English and History from the University of Waterloo and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (C.H.R.P.). She is also a certified Effective Intelligence Practitioner and Trainer incorporating EI principles with executive coaching and leadership work.

Previous corporate experience involved leadership engagements in such large Canadian firms as H.J. Heinz Company of Canada, Nestle Canada Inc., Alliance Communications Corporation, and Drake International where she led teams servicing global personnel, developed and implemented HR strategies, and instigated strategic and targeted organization design initiatives. Spanning over 25 years, this blended experience contributes to Rebecca’s effectiveness today as a coach and facilitator.
