Mary Lou is an Organizational Development Consultant, certified coach and
trained mediator.
She has worked for 20 years with organizations in different industries in Canada, the U.S. and Italy, in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She speaks three languages
(including French and Italian) and specializes in partnering with individuals, teams and organizations to create pragmatic, sustainable change in the areas of team building, conflict management, strategic planning, leadership development and coaching.
Mary Lou is a Mentor Faculty Member with the Adler School of Professional Coaching Inc. Her forté is organizational coaching at the individual and team level.
She helps her coaching clients align their values to meaningful goals that result in
tangible outcomes that they can generate on their own. As a result, her clients become.

Mary Lou has a passion and commitment to lifelong learning. She holds a Masters Degree from Concordia University in Human Systems Intervention and is certified in a number of disciplines including Adult Education, Coaching and most recently completed an advanced certificate as a PsychK Facilitatorä a technology that helps to transform limiting beliefs into empowering ones. She is also a certified Master NLP Practitioner who incorporates NLP principles with coaching and corporate leadership work.
Mary Lou’s mission is to inspire people to commit to their personal power and live in peace, joy and passion. This commitment to making a difference drives her to contribute in the voluntary sector as well. She is both a mediator and an active Toastmaster where she has served in many leadership positions including Club Sponsor and President, Area Governor and Marketing Ambassador.
