Mary Lou DiPaolo

Mary Lou has a passion for helping individuals, teams and organizations create sustainable workplaces.  She helps organizations reduce costs, increase productivity and job satisfaction through integrated employee solutions and ongoing support.

She is known for bringing an enthusiastic and “can-do” attitude to her work, along with a wealth of resources and perspectives from her lifelong personal growth and learning journey. She has an MA in Human Systems Interventions from Concordia University, and as a certified Professional Coach is a member of the International Coach Federation.

During her personal time, Mary Lou continues to support African youth in developing their leadership and communication skills through two youth based leadership clubs she founded in Zambia and Kenya.

Mary Lou is an Organizational Development Consultant, Certified Professional Coach, Certified Wellness Inventory Coach, and trained mediator.  She has worked for over 20 years in the public, private and non-profit sectors with organizations in different industries in Canada, the U.S., Italy, Kenya, Zambia, Senegal, Liberia and Côte d’Ivoire. She speaks three languages (including French and Italian) and specializes in partnering with individuals, teams and organizations to create pragmatic, sustainable change in the areas of team development, leadership development, conflict management and workplace wellness.
