Lisa is widely recognized as a dynamic leader, inspiring speaker and trusted coach to business professionals across North America. As founder her own training organization, a management consulting firm specializing in Leadership, Organizational Development and Strategic Process, Lisa has been widely quoted on management and leadership in the Globe and Mail, Canadian HR Reporter and PROFIT Magazine, and with numerous TV appearances.
With almost a decade of industry experience in sales, marketing and strategic roles working in both Canada and the United States at companies including Serono Inc and Ortho Biotech Canada, Lisa founded her organization committing her career to the development of leaders and organizations. Under Lisa’s leadership, her company has quickly grown to become a significant player in the Talent Management arena boasting clients such a Pepsi Bottling, IBM, Dell and Bayer and expanding to service clients in the United States, Latin America and United Arab Emirates. In 2008, Lisa was selected as one of only 3 delegates to represent Canada at the 13th Annual TransAtlantic Forum based on her expertise in the areas of Talent and Diversity. Lisa continues to speak at a variety of conferences and organizations on Leadership, Connectivity, Diversity and The War for Talent.
In addition to her MBA, where Lisa graduated as Valedictorian and Graduate of Honour, Lisa holds a Diploma in European Business from ESC Rouen, Rouen, France. Lisa continues to be a guest lecturer and speaker at a number of universities maintaining her academic profile and keeping her pulse on evolving business theory, strategy and process. In her personal life, Lisa has been a fitness instructor for the past 10 years and continues to teach fitness and indoor cycling at a variety of gyms across Canada.
