Taking this communications course was very useful and interesting. Through Gloria's training, I was able to improve my communications skills and learn about affective communication techniques. Gloria provided a professional yet personal approach and I enjoyed working with her. I would have no hesitation in recommending the course to others. Thank you Gloria.
