xperience across a variety of sectors, Glain brings a depth of boardroom and c-level experience to her leadership work.
As a specialist in high potential / mission-critical employee development, Glain has a particular passion for facilitating and supporting peer mentoring initiatives. Over 80 percent of her program participants have been promoted, increased their scope or advanced to increased levels of influence. Glain has the privledge to work with some of Canada’s leading organizations on their top talent strategies including: Pepsi Canada, WIND Mobile, CAA South Central Ontario, Toronto Star, Torstar Digital, Harlequin, Bentall Kennedy and Harlequin.
Never shy to share her opinions on leadership and the changing landscape of the workplace, Glain is a regular guest contributor to the Globe and Mail and a popular keynote speaker, panel moderator and interview guest.
A life-long learner, she completed the Adult Education diploma program through OISE/University of Toronto (1999) and the Co-Active Coaching program through the Coaches Training Institute (2001). In addition, she also holds a diploma in Creative Advertising and completed advanced Improv Training throughSecondCity. An active volunteer, Glain loves to support other entrepreneurs and is on the Loan Review Committee for the Canadian Youth Business Foundation. Glain lives in Toronto with her incredibly supportive husband and highly engaging daughter.
