Prior to consulting, Mr. Rosen had an international career spanning sixteen years in Human Resources with Alcan Aluminium Limited. He has worked across Canada as well as in Europe, Africa and Latin America. His last position was Vice President Personnel for Latin America, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Over the years with Alcan, working in both French and English, Mr. Rosen designed and implemented various human resource planning and development programs. Among these were the training of managers for international assignments and an international succession planning process.
He is a leader in the Human Resources professional community, is quoted regularly in the HR press, has written articles and given talks on leadership and executive development.
He has a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
