Ezra Rosen has been consulting for 20 years. The areas of expertise that he brings to his clients include:

¨       the creation of leadership development strategies to improve executive and management effectiveness

¨       the design and facilitation of management and executive team building sessions

¨       the implementation of competency based management processes using career  architect and related products

¨       the design and assessment of effective of coaching programs

His clients span the financial and professional services, manufacturing, utilities, real estate, pharmaceuticals and consumer products sectors. He has consulted with first line supervision and those in the executive suite.

Prior to consulting, Mr. Rosen had an international career spanning sixteen years in Human Resources with Alcan Aluminium Limited.  He has worked across Canada as well as in Europe, Africa and Latin America. His last position was Vice President Personnel for Latin America, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Over the years with Alcan, working in both French and English, Mr. Rosen designed and implemented various human resource planning and development programs.  Among these were the training of managers for international assignments and an international succession planning process.

He is a leader in the Human Resources professional community, is quoted regularly in the HR press, has written articles and given talks on leadership and executive development.

He has a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
