Since 1983, Andrew has trained, mentored and assisted individuals across North America improve their performance & attain personal growth & success through a variety of Adult Educational Programs. Andrew has trained over 30,000 individuals in the past 27 years. In addition he 
was also responsible (1987-96) for the development and growth of future entrepreneurs within a network, a global Canadian company with 100 offices worldwide.
Andrew is also a much sought after Public Speaker and has enjoyed contributing to an array of published articles, radio & television broadcasts on organizational development, productivity planning, effective meetings management, stress management & communications.
Prior to starting his own business Andrew worked for Dun & Bradstreet Canada for 14 years in a variety of positions, latterly the National Divisional Manager positioned in Toronto. He was responsible for the development & growth of Divisional offices and their staff members across Canada. In addition to the everyday operations Andrew also promoted and facilitated seminars in cooperation with the Business Education Division.
Andrew has a B. Sc., in Math & Psychology. He has also achieved a certification in Instructional Facilitation. Many awards of recognition have been received and appreciated over the past 25 + years!

He has conducted over 3000 workshops for over 40,000 people.
Andrew lives in Mississauga, Ontario .He has two sons and a daughter.
Andrew enjoys golf, reading, traveling and old cars.
