Andrew Reid, commenced his training career with the world’s largest outdoor adventure company in the early 90’s where he ran executive adventures in mountains and rivers.
Andrew founded his training and development company in 1995, which today is one of Canada’s fastest growing training and consulting firms.
Andrew has worked as a high performance trainer, consultant and coach with clients in finance, manufacturing, pharma, education, and government. Andrew has run cutting edge sales, team and leadership training in Canada, Scotland, Sweden, Germany, and the US with a focus on helping clients hit exponential growth. Andrew is a Master NLP Practioner.
Andrew is also a grad’ of Billionaire, Dan Pena’s training on quantum growth. Dan Pena is the owner of Guthrie Castle in Scotland where Andrew and Dragon Boat Championships where his 3 week old team captured Gold in 500 meter races. Today, his company sponsors its own dragon boat team that is consistently one of Canada’s fastest his team run exclusive leadership and golf retreats.
Andrew is also an accomplished athlete representing Canada in the European crews. They rely on tenacity, teamwork and a focus on winning. Andrew brings his fierce, competitive racing edge to clients in helping them find their own new competitive edge through their people. Every day is Race Day!
